Mission Hill Hospitality has officially acquired the Inn at Naples, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, a 100-key property in Naples, Florida, United States. The terms of the agreement remain confidential.
Mission Hill Hospitality is a KSL Capital Partners portfolio company launched to invest in the select service and extended stay hotel sector.
According to Greg Kennealey, CEO of Mission Hill Hospitality, this acquisition aligns with the company’s master plan of curating a high-quality portfolio of strategically located select service and extended stay hotels. Since the company debuted a year ago, its portfolio comprises 18 hotels across the states, with Inn of Naples being its third acquisition in Florida.
The Inn at Naples is currently undergoing an extensive makeover tailored to the needs and expectations of today’s travellers. Improvements include the comprehensive revamping of all rooms, lobby, public and meeting spaces, and its onsite restaurant.
Located at 4055 Tamiami Trail, the primary metro area of Florida’s Paradise Coast, the hotel provides guests with easy access to nearby attractions, such as Naples Beach and Naples Pier, as well as famous public and private golf courses. Naples’ historic downtown also features a diverse collection of sidewalk cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and the public-favourite Tin City Waterfront Shops.
Other nearby destinations include ARTIS, Lowdermilk Park, Naples Botanical Garden, and the Conservatory of Southwest Florida.
